12-MONTH SHELL WARRANTY
Every smoo Cabin Suitcase shell is covered for 12 months from your purchase date against cracking caused by manufacturing defects. Damage from impact, drops, overpacking or airline handling falls outside manufacturing defects — but if you're ever unsure, just send us a photo. We'll take a look together. Claims are assessed via photo review, with proof of purchase.
GLIDEON WHEELS
GlideOn wheel sets are covered against out-of-box defects for 30 days. Wheels are user-swappable by design — replacements and new colours are always available in our store, so your case never has to retire early.
WHAT'S NOT COVERED
Damage from impact or misuse, normal wear and tear (scratches, scuffs), cosmetic changes over time, and airline damage. Even when something isn't covered, we're still here — message us and we'll find the best way forward, from swap-it-yourself wheels to claiming with your airline.
WE'RE HERE TO HELP
Something wrong with your case? WhatsApp us your order number and photos — a real human replies. Damaged by the airline? Don't worry Report it at the airline's baggage counter before leaving the airport and file a PIR (Property Irregularity Report); most airlines require this within 7 days. Not sure how? We'll walk you through it, step by step.
